FARM TO TABLE FEASTS
Learn to cook wholesome and healthy feasts with seasonal Sussex produce, from both land and sea, with whole foods, superfoods, nuts seeds and more inspired by vibrant African cuisine. I will share my tips and tricks for healthy and sumptuous cooking without compromising on taste. We will draw inspiration from several African regions, using your favourites from Moroccan spices to West African, East African flavours and more. Perhaps you enjoyed a dish on holiday and you simply cannot stop thinking about it, these classes can be customised to include your favourite ingredients, write to me and let us satisfy those taste buds. West African Feasts
Learn to cook the famous jollof rice, delicious plantain recipes, Senegalese Yassa, groundnut stew with seasonal produce.
Classes take place in my kitchen in Little Chelsea, with two to four people joining us. We cook for approximately 2 hrs and sit to eat afterwards.

My cookery class is very hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. After cooking, you will sit to enjoy your meal. Minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 people in my location.
Included are welcome drinks, the use of aprons, all cooking equipment, ingredients and recipes of the day. You can also bring your favourite drinks. (BYOB)
Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it's a good idea to book early before they sell out.

Learn to make your own suya spice blend, a peanut-based based nomadic spice blend.
Suya platter with Aubergine rolls, cauliflower steaks, and more seasonal vegetables
Groundnut chop - a colourful feast with groundnut stew and lots of varying toppings.
Jollof rice or jollof quinoa
Braised Kale with mixed peppers and scotch bonnets
Plantain Shakshouka - a marriage of West African & North African flavours
Yassa - A Senegalese staple with mustard and caramelised onions perfect with aubergines, chicken or fish
Recipes will be sent to you and the spice mix you make will be packed for you to cook your feasts at home. Please advise on dietary requirements. Please note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.
