This is a real treat for spice lovers! One of our most popular classes filled with spice and flair, transporting you to the kasbahs of Morocco.
You will create your own North African spice blend and use it to cook a variety of dishes like a vibrant tagine, spice roasts to accompany zesty salads and dips for sumptuous meals at home or for entertaining.
Our classes take place in my home with a small group of 4 in each class. Larger classes of 6 - 12 people take place in our pop up cookery location in St. Saviours, South Street. Both locations on same street. Contact me if you will like to organise a private class in your home or in our location.*
You will leave with inspiration and confidence to recreate the recipes cooked in our kitchen and your spice blend, packed into a glass jar, ready for you to use at home.
Our cookery class is a combination of hands-on cooking as we chop, peel and cook together, and demonstrations. You will cook in groups to create your wonderful feast. We will cook for 2 hours and the final hour spent enjoying your feast.
Included are welcome drinks, the use of aprons, all cooking equipment, all ingredients, wine or beer with your dinner.(BYOB) You can also bring your favourite drinks
Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it's a good idea to book early before they sell out.

"Do give Lerato’s Supper club a try. She does get sold out pretty quickly so have a look at her website for regular updates. I really enjoyed the experience of trying new food with interesting people in new surroundings."
"A wonderful Sunday afternoon well spent! The Food tasted divine and the preparation and cooking part was very enjoyable. I went alone and met some lovely people! I look forward to sharing the recipes with friends and family (who by the way are already lining up for me to make at home after seeing photos I shared). Would highly recommend. Thank you again Lerato!"
