Join us at our series of heartwarming yoga feasts, from yoga & afternoon tea, yoga brunch in the new studio on South Street, yoga beach brunch in the beautiful Italian Gardens in Hollywell, yurt retreats and more in the beautiful Sussex coast we call home.
In January, we will refresh our mind and body with exhilarating yoga, with sumptuous and healthy afternoon food. This is a great chance for meditation, relaxation and re-invigoration to support our demanding daily lives and motivate us to be mindful and nurturing to ourselves.
