Join me for a culinary adventure as I share my secrets to cooking vibrant and sumptuous feasts with seasonal produce inspired by cuisine from Africa and beyond. These classes are inspired by my days cooking on live television in Africa. I find so much joy in sharing good food with people especially celebrating vibrant African cuisine married with great British seasonal produce.
The menu includes sharing feasts perfect for cooking as a team, as you peel, chop and cook together before toasting with wine and sharing a long table feast with the entire group. The menu ranges from West African to North African Cuisine, Thai Street Cooking, Green Gourmet for plant-based cooking, chocolate workshops and more. My vegan and vegetarian dishes are also very popular and a bespoke menu will be created to suit your group, also taking into account allergies and dietary requirements

After working on tv for a few years, I have grown a community of food lovers for catering, media publishing, top brands and clients such as Tilda Rice, Le Creuset, Neptune Homes, Miele and more with cookery schools run across London and the South East and in collaboration with the likes of Wefifo & Waitrose Cookery School. I am also a regular contributor on BBC Sussex & Surrey, where I share recipes on air with listeners. My cookery class is very hands-on, as we peel, chop and cook together. You will challenge one another in an exciting cook-off, and create 3 courses through communication and teamwork. After cooking, you will sit to enjoy your meal with wines especially matched with your feast. Cooking lasts for 2 hours with an hour or more to feast.

Smoked Jollof Quinoa (Jollof Cook-off!)
Learn to cook a modern version of this rich traditional West African dish with healthy quinoa. Teams will engage in a cook-off and proudly present their group dishes on the feasting table, as you taste that of other groups and declare yourselves champions! This is a fantastic competition as all your dishes will be unique and everyone is a winner!
