At our dining experiences, we share vibrant food and create new friendships at the table. I create a wonderful marriage of cuisines, inspired by my African upbringing also using seasonal British produce, cooked with wondrous spices.
Barley Sugar Kitchen, with its penchant for the finest artisanal foods in Eastbourne, and a fine collection of wine including wonderful Sussex wines will host us in their charming space as we embark on this culinary journey. In true African spirit, we feast on sharing plates at the centre of the table. There will also be a great selection of wines by the glass and by the bottle, all selected by Barley Sugar Kitchen's esteemed Master of Wine, Mr. Dirceu Vianna.
With vegans and vegetarians in the family, the menu is a feast for all with lots of plant-based options available.
