Join us for a joyous gathering with sumptuous food and joyous chatter amongst old and new friends, as we share enchanting food together.

In true style, our feasts are bursting with specular flavour and spirit from Across the African continent. 

Wonderful sounds from the table; of chatter, laughter, clinking cutlery and glasses while platters are passed back and forth. These are wonderful memories of our feasts.

Food is served family style on our long feasting tables. This is a great social event to share something unique with family, friends and new friends made at the table. You don't have to come with a partner as there will be plenty of friends to make.

With vegans and vegetarians in the family, the menu is a feast for all with lots of plant-based options available.

Patate Douce
Sweet potatoes, Black Eyed Bean Purée, Blackened Pepper Sauce with uda pods inspired by my childhood favourite street snack in Republique du Benin.

Moin Moin with roasted pepper purée & Sprouting Purple Radish
A sumptuous black-eyed bean pudding typically steamed wrapped in banana leaves. A favourite at our supper clubs.

Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Suya Butter & Grains of Paradise
Normadic spice blend with home-made roasted peanut butter. A super popular dish in my cookery classes.

Smoked Jollof Rice
Sweet, spicy and smoky flavours in this popular West African treat. 

Ghanaian Spice Roasted Plantains

Braised kale with shallots, Roasted Peppers & Crushed Pumpkin Seeds  Inspired by a Nigerian fiery stew of scotch bonnets and greens

Spring Harvest Canapés
A selection of canapés with nomadic suya spices, my home made blend with roasted peanuts; 
Roasted jersey royal new potatoes & aubergine rolls with Cauliflower purée*
Plantain Pepper Soup, Radishes, Spring greens 
with a blend of aromatic African herbs, Selim peppers, African Basil (v)
Whole Grilled Tiger Prawns with Roasted Garlic, Smoked Paprika & Micro herbs   
Crispy Oyster Mushrooms with Roasted Garlic, Smoked Paprika & Micro herbs (for vegans & vegetarians) 
 served with  
'Moin Moin' - Black Eyed Bean Tart with Roasted Peppers, Radicchio & Moringa (v) 
An absolute supper club favourite of sumptuous black eyed beans, traditionally steamed in native green leaves. 
Smoked Jollof Quinoa with Charred Cherry Tomatoes & Chicory (v) 
Braised Kale, Scotch Bonnets & Roasted Shallots (v)

Winter Spice Supperclub with Neptune Homes in Hove - Dec 2019

We turned three living rooms in the gorgeous studio into individual dining spaces while I cooked in the open plan central kitchen in between the dining rooms. This was a spectacular Christmas treat!
