Join us in the kitchen for a culinary adventure from land and sea as I share my secrets to cooking vibrant and sumptuous fish and seafood. You will learn to handle fish delicately, filleting fish, cooking with care and various techniques from pan-frying, roasting to steaming. Our feast is inspired by world cuisine, especially the vibrant foods of Africa and the Mediterranean.
Our classes are a lot of fun and hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. After cooking, you will enjoy your wonderful creations at our dinner table.
Our class will take place in my home with a maximum of 4 people or for 4 - 10 people at our cookery venue at At St. Saviour's - Both located just off south street. The full address will be forwarded upon booking.
Learn to fillet a whole seabass which has been cleaned and gutted by our fishmongers. You will create two elegant dishes from your fillets.
Pan-fried Sea bass with caramelised onions & saffron
Steamed Sea bass with ginger, lemon & aromatics
with orange butter, chives & radishes
To accompany these, we will make a side dish like cauliflower puree
or harissa bisque, greens such as spinach & mushrooms or a grain dish.

Our cookery class is a combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations. We will cook for 2 hours with a snack in between and the final hour spent on our signature long table feast.
Included are welcome drinks, the use of aprons, all cooking equipment, all ingredients. (BYOB) You can also bring your favourite drinks
Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it's a good idea to book early before it sells out.
