Are you a family that loves food and are looking for inspiration for wholesome and healthy meals you can cook together, do you want to teach your child or young adult recipes for healthy eating both at home or when they move on to independent living in university? This is just the treat for you.
In our healthy family cookery class, you and your child will learn to cook scrumptious dishes to suit your diet; from gluten-free, dairy-free to vegetarian foods. You will cook recipes For healthy breakfasts, speedy lunches, recipes for batch cooking such as curries, stews and tray bakes, how to make your own nut butter for spreads, milkshakes and desserts which are typically very expensive.
You will leave with inspiration and confidence to recreate the recipes cooked in our class, and recipes provided for you to use at home. Your child or teenager will learn to cook healthy and budget-friendly meals. Book available dates below or write email@example.com to choose your own dates.
Classes take place in my home or in our pop-up kitchen in Eastbourne and the full address will be forwarded upon booking.
1 ticket is valid for 1 adult or teenager or 1 parent & 1 free child between 7 & 15 years old Tickets can be booked for additional children & adults. Maximum of 1 additional paying child per adult. (younger kids are welcome with full parental supervision)

These make excellent gifts for your favourite food lovers.
Our cookery class is a combination of hands-on cooking as we chop, peel and cook together, and demonstrations. You will sit to enjoy your creations or take it all home afterwards. Parents must accompany the child/children and cook with them during the class.
Included are welcome drinks, the use of aprons, all cooking equipment, all ingredients, wine or beer with your dinner, with juices and fruit cordials for your tots.
Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it's a good idea to book early before they sell out.
