African Afternoon Tea
Learn my tips and tricks to creating an African inspired spread for tea. We will make spiced chocolate brownies, Moroccan zaalouk with a roasted plantains, my famous tomato & strawberry & tomatoes salad with spiced balsamic, or bean tarts with roasted cherry tomatoes. This is such a treat!

Learn to make pasta from scratch - Ravioli with ricotta & spinach filling (or your choice of filling), Carrot Purée as an excellent substitute for tomato sauce

What to expect?
Our supper clubs & classes will last for up to 2 -2.5 hours with cooking, with a live demonstration, Q&A session
Enjoy a live and interactive cookery class from the comfort of your own home. Each class will focus on a main recipe with an accompaniment, sometimes prepared in advance, or with your accompaniment of choice.
Please note classes are priced per person*
How will our online cookery class take place?
Once booked, you will receive confirmation including access information to our online class. You will need good internet connection and a camera for streaming.
An ingredients & utensils list will be sent to you upon booking. Don’t worry if you don’t have a few things mentioned, let me know and I can suggest alternatives. It is important for this to be an enjoyable experience without you having to hunt down ingredients, especially at this time of limited movement.

My cookery classes are fabulously fun, laid back, yet very informative and inspiring. After working as a TV chef, TV presenter and columnist in Nigeria, I now live on the Sussex coast from where I run a cookery school with classes in London and the South East. Our African cookery classes explore vibrant African culture through food. We have been featured on BBC World, BBC Radio, GQ, Time Out and we have collaborated with the likes of Waitrose, Divine Chocolate, Soho Group, Tilda Rice & more.
