Cooking with family is not only great fun, but a good way to share food and new memories together. In my cooking class you will learn tips and tricks to cooking healthy, wholesome and indulgent meals from roasts, sumptuous dips, delicious grains, whole foods and more. The class is tailored to suit your goals as a family.
Does your child love cooking and needs inspiration, are you looking for help to cook wholesome and healthy meals together, do you want to teach your child foods of the world, are you or is your child of African descent and you want him or her to learn healthy African recipes?
This is just the treat for you.
You will learn to use spices, seasonal produce and scrumptious vegetables to create wonderful and healthy meals. You can choose your favourite class from North African, Vegetarian Cooking, West African and beyond.

Moroccan/ North African Feasts
You will create your own Moroccan spice mix, harissa or chermoula paste, Moroccan batbout flat bread and a fabulous brunch of the famous shakshuka and ras-el-hanout spiced aubergines, or a tagine with a rainbow of vegetables.
West African Feasts also available
Learn to cook the famous jollof rice, delicious plantain recipes, Senegalese Yassa, groundnut stew with seasonal produce.
Classes take place in my kitchen in Little Chelsea, with a maximum of four in the kitchen.

My cookery class is very hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. After cooking, you will sit to enjoy your meal. Minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 people in my location.
Included are welcome drinks, the use of aprons, all cooking equipment, ingredients and recipes of the day. You can also bring your favourite drinks. (BYOB)
Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it's a good idea to book early before they sell out.

Learn to make your own suya spice blend, a peanut-based based nomadic spice blend.

Groundnut chop - a colourful feast with groundnut stew and lots of varying toppings.

Recipes will be sent to you and the spice mix you make will be packed for you to cook your feasts at home. Please advise on dietary requirements. Please note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.
