Join me for a fabulous series of cooking classes and supperclubs where we will share vibrant feasts to bring much needed sparkle to our day. For the first time ever in our fabulous supperclubs, we can be together from anywhere in the world. In this difficult time it is important for us to remain connected, even in isolation and to use the great healing power of food to bring us together. I created Quarantine Supperclub to reclaim this time at home as our time to make new and happy memories.

Let us cook together, feast together, the choice is yours. I invite you to cook heartwarming food with me inspired by my African heritage and beyond, using the best of what we have to create meals we truly enjoy.

We are all going through a difficult time with a major health threat of corona virus COVID 19 & isolation, thus classes have been priced modestly and with great consideration to support our families and communities. Your support means a lot to us, enabling us to keep the cookery school going, and to run our community and kids cookery classes equipping people with invaluable skills. Please feel free to book classes as a gift for your friends and loved ones who may find it as a source of joy and inspiration! 

You can also invite friends & family to book online to join our class so you can share in the fun together.

Learn to make pasta from scratch - Ravioli with ricotta & spinach filling (or your choice of filling), Carrot  Purée as an excellent substitute for tomato sauce

What to expect?

Our supper clubs & classes will last for up to 2 -2.5 hours with cooking, with live demonstration, Q&A session

Enjoy a live and interactive cookery class from the comfort of your own home. Each class will focus on a main recipe with an accompaniment, sometimes prepared in advance, or with your accompaniment of choice.

                 

    

How will our online cookery class & supperclub  take place?

Once booked, you will receive confirmation including access information to our online class. You will need good internet connection and a camera for streaming.

Ingredients

See menu, ingredient & utensils list under event listing or you will receive upon booking. Don’t worry if you don’t have a few things mentioned, let me know and I can suggest alternatives. It is important for this to be an enjoyable experience without you having to hunt down ingredients, especially at this time of limited movement.

After working as a TV chef, TV presenter and columnist in Nigeria, I now live on the Sussex coast from where I run a cookery school with classes in London and the South East. Our African cookery classes explore vibrant African culture through food.
