RHS Ambassadors Lerato & Manoj Malde Opening the first ever Festival of Flavours at the Royal Horticultural Society Gardens in Bridgewater near Manchester ~ “It was exciting to cook live using wonderful seasonal vegetables from the kitchen garden, talking to visitors about learning to grow their own food,  and maximising flavours with fresh ingredients, spices & herbs. Thanks to the RHS for celebrating flavours from across the world. I shared a recipe of Braised Greens with Sweet Peppers from my cookbook.
