Brixton Village & Market
Our tour begins in vibrant Brixton, one of London’s most exciting hubs for African cuisine. Immerse yourself in its rich African and Caribbean food scene and explore the history and flavors that make it unique. You’ll sample dishes from across the continent, discover fresh produce, and learn what ingredients to look for in shops so you can recreate the flavors at home.

Borough Market
Next, we head to one of London’s most iconic food destinations, Borough Market. A part of London not typically associated with African food, but suprise suprise you will experience it here. Here, I’ll introduce you to one of my favourite spice merchants, featuring a wide variety of African and global spices. Many of these are ingredients I use in my cookbook and across African dishes, from Moroccan tagines to Ethiopian stews.
