In Africa we believe, we are all equal especially when we come together to share food around the same table.

At my dining experiences, we share food and create new friendships. I create a wonderful marriage of cuisines, inspired by my African upbringing and seasonal British produce, cooked with wondrous spices. In true African spirit, we feast on sharing plates at the centre of the table. With vegans in the family, the menu is a feast for all with lots of plant-based options available.

At these events, a Waitrose store is transformed into our pop up restaurant where a feast with food and wine is enjoyed by a limited number of guests.
