I am thrilled to announce my latest collaboration with our friends at Tilda. To celebrate 50 years of feeding us wonderfully fluffy and glorious grains they have released a new recipe book with a variety of recipes from all over the world and by amazing chefs, supporters and Tilda staff.
What I most admire about this celebration is that all proceeds from the recipe book will be donated to The Felix Project - a leader in redistributing great quality food from restaurants and brands to other charities and schools.
Your Flavourful Food Stories' is a collection of 20 stories and recipes developed and loved by members of the Tilda family. The recipes span across various cuisines and include something for everyone; from easy and tasty meals, to recipes for rice connoisseurs
When they asked to publish one of my recipes, I was excited to share a heartwarming and memorable recipe that holds treasured memories of my childhood and a great dish that represents the West African culture.
