Collaboration with Tesco creating a recipe for their recipe finder tool. When Tesco asked me to create a recipe for their ‘What can I cook with this…’ series, to inspire cooks with using puff pastry and their new recipe finder tool, I immediately thought of the Nigerian meat pies I enjoyed growing up. A wonderful pie dough baked to perfection with delicately spiced mince, potatoes and carrots within, I decided to create a pithivier style pie that could be great for dinner or a picnic.  Check out the full recipe here
