From Moroccan to West African Feasts, enjoy passion on your plates as you learn to cook seasonal produce using African inspiration and spices to elevate your meat free meals into spectacular feasts.
Classes take place in my kitchen in Little Chelsea, with different lovely people from all over Sussex joining us. The full address will be sent upon booking.

MENU (Feb - Moroccan)
On arrival, a welcome glass of my homemade brew of Hibiscus flowers & Elderflower
Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices used in our menu.
Moroccan Spiced Carrot Soup with roasted pumpkin seeds
Vegetable Tagine with Aubergines & Seasonal Produce
Saffron Cous Cous Master a recipe for a flavourful cous cous with saffron.
Chocolate Coated Almond Stuffed Dates with Moroccan Mint & hibiscus tea to end your sumptuous supper.
Recipe sheets will be provided and the spice mix you make will be elegantly packed for you to take home. Please advise on dietary requirements. Please note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.
My cookery class is very hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. After cooking, you will sit to enjoy your meal.
Included are welcome drinks, the use of aprons, all cooking equipment, ingredients and recipes of the day. You can also bring your favourite drinks. (BYOB)
Limited spaces are available for each class to ensure a bespoke lesson so it's a good idea to book early before they sell out.

The cookery classes are a special treat and can make for the perfect presents. You can book a single cookery class for yourself, as a gift for friends, family or for a group. A voucher can be emailed to the recipient for gift purchases.
